From visions and strategies to real life IHE solutions in support of interoperable services: This event will focus on “Changing the Landscape with Interoperability”. Starting from the EU policy perspective, key European initiatives and funded project activities on eHealth interoperability will be presented. Real life use cases and user experiences will highlight how IHE Profiles enable networked healthcare in practice. The "European IHE Symposium" will bring together all concerned stakeholders and provide a perspective for newcomers as well as for experienced attendees. The conference-language is English. Healthcare journey to interoperability: German policy makers (national and regional level), the German “self-administration” in charge of provision and reimbursement of care, as well as industry representatives will have a lively dialogue with end users and stakeholders around the current status of eHealth interoperability. The “German Interoperability Day” will be a milestone for advancing interoperability in German healthcare by involving all concerned actors – Be part of it! The event will be followed by participants‘ networking at the RuhrCongress Bochum. The conference-language is German.
